From Nervous Numbers Person to Confident Financial Communicator

Sarah Chen joined our September 2024 cohort as a senior analyst who dreaded quarterly presentations. She'd spend weeks preparing detailed spreadsheets but struggled to convey their significance to non-finance colleagues.

  • Learned to structure financial narratives with clear beginning, middle, and end
  • Developed techniques for handling challenging questions about budget variances
  • Mastered the use of metaphors to explain complex financial concepts
  • Built confidence through practice sessions with real-world scenarios

Three months later, Sarah leads monthly department briefings and recently presented the annual budget to the executive team. Her manager noted the dramatic improvement in how other departments now engage with financial planning.

Practice in a Supportive Environment

Many finance professionals worry about making mistakes in front of colleagues. Our program provides a safe space to experiment with new techniques and receive constructive feedback.

You'll practice with scenarios drawn from real Australian businesses - budget presentations, variance explanations, and strategic planning sessions. Small group sizes mean plenty of individual attention.

We understand that presenting financial information carries unique challenges. Numbers tell stories, but those stories need skilled storytellers to bring them to life effectively.
